Growing up in Colorado and Alaska left me with a great love of exploring the outdoors. My need to express my surroundings visually led me to Durango, CO where I achieved a BA of Fine Arts at Fort Lewis College.  Since then I continue to live and travel in places that inspire on many platforms.  All of these experiences translate to my art and have shaped the way I look at the world.

About My Work

I draw my inspiration from the wonders of nature, people, and their interactions with each other.   My paintbrush and pen are the tools.  I use them to capture the unique and special moments of subjects and their locations.
